All prep materials, study resources, subscriptions, and related digital access are digital in nature and are strictly non-refundable once purchased and made available. This includes access to study guides, practice resources, content libraries, prep materials, and any other digital resources.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the transaction is final and binding. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of use, dissatisfaction with content, failure to achieve desired results, or failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
Charges from automatic subscription renewal are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue access.
If you experience access or technical issues, contact support as soon as possible. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve access problems, but technical issues do not create a refund right for digital materials or subscription access.
